Within Exporail’s permanent exhibition, guests can admire some fifty railway vehicles displayed on twelve tracks, in a layout inspired by a historic train station. Capacity: 250 guests for a cocktail reception; 130 guests for a banquet.
From the Mezzanine, the view of the Grand Gallery provides a unique perspective on Exporail’s permanent exhibition and its 50 historic railway vehicles all in an environment designed as a railway station. It is the perfect setting for a cocktail party or any special event!
We offer the Canada Car as an unusual meeting room, once used by Charles Melville Hays, former president of the Grand Trunk Railway. Built in 1897, this car is normally not accessible to the public during a visit to Exporail.
Capacity: up to 8 people
Book the conference room of the Angus Pavilion and enjoy a bright and comfortable space for a meeting for 12 to 14 people. The space is ideal for a managers’ meeting or an organizational committee.
The room, enhanced by its generous windows, is equipped with a television, a conference call phone, and a flip chart.
With a welcoming capacity of 270 people for a banquet, the multifunctional Saint-Constant Room is certainly a wise choice to gather your guests in a unique setting. Its direct access to the stunning mezzanine, which overlooks the Museum’s Grand Gallery, makes it the perfect place for your banquets and receptions. The hall suits a wide variety of uses such as: conferences, seminars, trade fairs, etc. The retractable wall can divide the room in two for even more versatility!
Rent a portion of the Multipurpose Saint-Constant room and enjoy a setting in theater style, classroom style, or in U meeting style.
With more subdued lighting and a lower ceiling, section 1 of the Multipurpose Saint-Constant Room is certainly very interesting for your training sessions and meetings while Room 2 profits from its location next to the catering room and its beautiful window overlooking the mezzanine.

The Stephen Low Auditorium offers a true cinema-like setting, ideal for seated conferences, presentations, and training sessions with a speaker.
Its tiered seating layout ensures optimal comfort and excellent visibility for all participants. The room is equipped with a high-quality sound system and a full-width projection screen that spans the entire wall, providing an immersive visual experience.
At the entrance of the auditorium, a practical area is available for taking attendance, organizing documents or items needed for your activity, or even displaying promotional merchandise.
Theatre-style capacity: 35 people.
