Welcome to the Canadian Railroad Historical Association (CRHA) Archives and Documentation Centre's Research and Historical Document Use Request Form.

This form allows our team to review your request and locate the documents you need. To help us conduct a fast and efficient search, please complete the fields below as accurately as possible (Identification, Purpose of Request, Document Use). Once your request has been submitted, a request number will be assigned and sent to you by email. Please note that only one staff member is dedicated to handling research and use requests. Purpose of the Request

Research conducted by Centre staff is based on fonds and collections that have already been inventoried.
Please note that some archival fonds are subject to restricted access. Additional delays may therefore occur. If known, please provide the archival reference number for the fonds and document. Certain fees may apply prior to the start of the research. Research is conducted using the finding aids available.
Research is conducted using keywords. Please provide a list to facilitate the search.
